Your questionnaire is created und programmed by IfaD’s experienced, multilingual team of programmers. You are allocated ONE personal contact partner, who will support you by telephone and e-mail throughout the implementation of the entire project.
Your project partner at IfaD designs the questions in your questionnaire according to your specifications: colors, text sizes, spacings and fonts are adapted to your survey, your clients and your corporate design. Your partner will also gladly advise you in defining and setting up a layout on the basis of our experience from tousends of projects.
There is practically no task that we cannot get our teeth into – the tougher the better and the more interesting. Our experts, all of whom have many years of experience in programming the most complex of questionnaires, will work for and with you to overcome difficult challenges: multiple countries with widely differing requirements, the most varied quota specifications and the most complicated questionnaire management.

No survey is like any other, and no two respondents are the same (Employee survey, opinion poll, online poll etc.). We generate an “individual” questionnaire for every respondent, depending on their previous answers, quota cells, or randomized stimulus materials. Response options, questions or whole question blocks can be rotated in order to counteract order bias. Through the integration of external lists, information such as postcodes and city categories, product or country lists and such like can be incorporated into the questionnaire.
We can create individual layout templates for all question types. All colors, shapes, fonts, spacings and functions are defined in a master layout. The master ensures that your questionnaires will always have a uniform appearance. The layout can be adjusted at will for every individual question.

Our CIS survey software supports all languages in the UNICODE standard. This also includes languages like Chinese, Arabic or Russian. A questionnaire can be set up in any number of different languages. The choice of language can be either respondent-activated by answering a preliminary question in the interview or pre-set in the survey link. Accurate automatic insertion of translations is ensured by means of Excel-generated translation templates.
An interview can be made more varied with multimedia effects. We can integrate sounds, images and film clips at whatever point in the questionnaire you wish. The audio recording of verbatim responses opens up further possibilities for handling open-ended questions. On Tablet PCs, open-ended responses can also be handwritten or drawn.

We also program question types with a qualitative character, and thus open up new possibilities for computer-aided interviews. We use interactive question elements. These animated elements increase your respondents’ acceptance and staying power. Our CIS system currently holds ca. 20 integrated interactive modules and new ones are continuously being introduced. We would be happy to develop new modules for your requirements or in cooperation with you.
