Coding projects are multifaceted procedures. Their preparation, organisation and implementation take up a considerable amount of your valuable time, and furthermore professional coding demands specialist know-how and experience. We are happy to support you – even at short notice –with our coding service for national and international studies in a constantly growing number of languages.

Our core team, with academic backgrounds and many years of coding and project management experience, creates codeframes in consultation with you and codes your open-ended questions. For paper questionnaires, coding is done directly into the questionnaire; online, CAPI or CATI surveys are coded with our online coding programme CIScode or in Excel. Semi-automated coding processes and a pool of well-trained native-speaking freelance coders guarantee precision, promptness and the ability to handle all international projects. Coding tool CIScode
CIScode is our online tool for the comprehensive and convenient structuring and processing of open-ended responses in national and international studies. We use it to implement all kinds of coding tasks for you. If you wish to do the coding by yourself, we are happy to place the tool at your disposal.
