For some jobs, paper questionnaires are still the best method of data collection. We punch the responses from completed questionnaires quickly, accurately and efficiently.
Data Entry
Our pool of data punchers manually punches your data using our own in-house software, which eliminates punching errors already at the data entry stage quality assurance.
Scanning
We can read completed questionnaires using powerful scanning devices. We developed the necessary software in house. Not all questionnaires are suitable for scanning. We are happy to advise and support you in the development and production of questionnaires suitable for reading by a scanner.
Coding
We are happy to undertake the coding of open and semi-open questions using our own international team. For responses that have been stored electronically, we use our in-house software CIScode, which delivers speedy and fluent results, sometimes partly on an automated basis. Interviews on paper are also professionally coded.
Tabulation
After punching and coding, we can either tabulate the data or deliver it to you in any required format (ASCII, SPSS, Excel, Quantum etc.).
