Licenses for the use of software on survey computers are
billed on the basis of either the total duration of all the interviews in a
project or the number of computers used. In either case you can be sure that you will not encounter any licensing restrictions than hinder your project.
The panel management tool CISpanel is a self-contained online software program. You can purchase a license to supplement your survey system. We have developed CISpanel on the basis of our long experience with our Computer Interview System CIS. Both instruments therefore work together smoothly. In combination – if desired – they offer a perfect overall solution for panel owners and for companies wishing to conduct surveys among their customer pool, or to communicate with selected customers to involve them e.g. in product development.
Teilnehmer- und Projektdaten können Sie von IfaD hosten lassen. You can have your participant and project data hosted by IfaD. We make the infrastructure available to you in our data center. Or if desired, we can provide an installation for your in-house solution.

iqsn (interactive questionnaire service network)is the survey platform for CIS-based internet surveys. This platform is used for:
- Hosting of online and web-based CATI surveys
- Management and data storage for offline projects.
iqsn runs in a professional high-performance data center with a direct link to the internet. Maximum security in all areas is assured by measures ranging from multiply secured access controls and round-the-clock monitoring to independent emergency power supplies.
Hardware is designed with multiple redundancy so that many thousands of interviews can be processed rapidly and securely in parallel.
Access through the CISnet management software always takes place through a connection with SSL encryption. For the conduct of interviews, you decide whether SSL encryption should be used.
