With CISnet you can organize projects with hierarchical structures of unlimited complexity.
At every level, you automatically see all information and analyses for that level and those below it.

CISnet contains an extensive system for granting authorizations on an individual basis. Your clients only see the levels for which you have authorized them and only those reports and functions that you have unlocked for them. Everyone can grant their authorizations to further participants, with options to restrict them individually. Thus, every project participant always stays accurately informed about those parts of the project that are relevant to him.

Sample lists can be easily imported from an Excel spreadsheet. Any additional information that you have about the respondents can also be imported – with no size limits – and can then be directly accessed during the interview. CISnet also allows you to edit and update respondent data. This can then be exported with the additional status information for later processing.

CISnet contains an integrated mail-merge function, enabling you to create customized invitation and reminder e-mails to respondents with a link to the questionnaire. CISnet checks the validity of e-mail addresses prior to sending.

In order to prevent multiple participation and unauthorized access to your survey, CISnet allows you to generate an access code for each respondent, which is either incorporated into the survey link or queried on a separate page.

CISnet provides a wide range of reporting and monitoring functions. Extensive reports can be automatically created directly from the questionnaire. You can provide these reports in table form as PDF files or in Excel format, or as charts in CISnet.

With CISppt, a PowerPoint add-in, you can access the online data directly from PowerPoint and create PowerPoint charts automatically.

CISnet gives you insight into the data at all times. You can load the data from the server as an Excel file, or check interview lengths and contents online. Deleted interviews are automatically taken into account in all relevant quotas.

Quota specifications in CIS can be as complex as you need. You can set up and monitor the quota specifications online through CISnet. Quotas can be defined at every level in the project hierarchy, and are then applied automatically at all lower levels in the hierarchy.
