With interactive CATI, new possibilities are opened up for telephone interviewing. Respondents can play an active part in the interview through their browser. They can answer conjoint questions directly on their monitor, view and rate adverts, and much more. But however independently the respondent can act, the interviewer always stays in control.

Easy integration into the questionnaire
You can easily build the interactive controls into the questionnaire with just a few clicks.
How the interactive interview works
The interviewer tells the respondent an easy-to-remember web address and password. Once these are entered, the two computer screens become linked. The respective roles can be precisely defined when the questionnaire (online survey) is programmed. But the interviewer always retains control:.
- The respondent only sees the questions and the interviewer types the responses
- The respondent enters the responses while the interviewer watches
- The interviewer can assist the respondent with his mouse or display things on the respondent’s screen at any time
- Interviewer and respondent see different screens, e.g. if the interviewer is asking a series of questions about an advert which stays on the respondent’s screen throughout the process.
